A stunning discovery: neutrinos can travel faster than speed of light

Recently an international team or research scientist has recently discovered that subatomic particles can travel faster than speed of light and if this thing goes on it can tip over the widely known fact by the Albert Einstein in which it is deduced that light of speed is the fastest thing in this universe.

The spokesperson Antonio Ereditato on the behalf of scientist that they have checked the results of this experiment several times and all the time results were same, the experiment that was carried out is; neutrinos were propel from CERN near Geneva to Gran Sasso in Italy and the results showed that those neutrinos arrived 60 nanoseconds earlier than light could have covered that distance. 

He added further that they have checked all the possible things that can cause the discrepancy in the results and at the end we have found nothing. Furthermore he said that it is the time now for others to check the results.

This discovery is getting the in the hot issues now because once it is confirmed it can nullify the fact that is going on from long that is the constancy of speed and the fact that there is nothing  faster in this universe. If this theory is proved then most of the traditional physics has to be changed.

This experiment was conducted in the research center near Geneva and the Gran Sasso Laboratory in central Italy. This unanticipated discovery has been done by the physicists doing experiment on dubbed OPERA proceeding in collaboration with the CERN particle research centre.

In this experiment 15,000 beams of neutrinos, permeate through the outer space, these particles were launched to Gran Sasso from CERN on a time of 3 yrs, about 730 KMs, which were taken on the large detectors.

And the neutrinos reached their 60 nanoseconds earlier then the light as light would have taken 2.4 thousandths of second while the particles covered the same distance in 60 nanoseconds.

Ereditato, further said that although it is a very little difference but it is major breakthrough and everybody should be cautious. Moreover he refuses to conjecture the effect of this discovery on other physicists that will be formally told about this that what the results deduced by the OPERA's were correct.

As if we talk about the Science fiction literature it is establish on this thinking that if the obstruction of the light can be prevail over then there are possibilities of time travel.
